The Barclays Premier League Trophy for the Day

 

1. These terms and conditions are the "Draw Terms and Conditions" for the "Barclays Premier League Trophy for the Day" and form part of the Barclaycard Football Prize Draw terms and conditions which accompany your Credit Agreement.
2. Our draw is open to Barclaycard Football principal cardholders, who are 18 and over, reside in the UK, and have an account that is open, not in arrears and within its credit limit at the time the draw is made.
3. Qualifying Transactions include every purchase made using a Barclaycard Football card from 12th May 2008 ("Opening Date") to midnight 1st August 2008 ("Closing Date"). Credit vouchers, balance transfers, credit payments, monetary adjustments, cash advances, Barclaycard cheques, transaction fees, account fees and interest charges are excluded.
4. The prize winner will receive "The Barclays Premier League Trophy for a Day". The day will last from 9am – 5pm Monday to Fridays only. The trophy should only be used in a controlled environment e.g. at school, in work or at home in the UK only. [The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow use of the trophy in any environment it deems to be insufficiently controlled] The trophy is always accompanied by and controlled by at least 2 security personnel. Any touching of the trophy will be controlled by the 2 security personnel.
5. The prize must be claimed by 1st September 2008 and will be scheduled for a date which will be specified by the Sponsorship Team.
6. The Draw will take place on the Prize Draw Date of 7th August 2008
7. The name and county of the winner and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Barclaycard Football Trophy Competition, UK Cards, 1234 Pavilion Drive, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7SG within 28 days of the Closing Date.
8. Photographs taken with the trophy cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior consent of Barclays and the Premier League and the individuals in the photograph(s)
9. Any material advertising the trophy must be approved by Barclays and the Premier League before any event.
